A girl from Taiwan, on her first day of school, is fought over and bound by three mainland systems: the Tycoon System forces her to treat the whole dorm to hot pot, the Culture System forces her to explain mainland trivia to her grandma, and the Gaming System forces her to lie down and win at PUBG. She lands with the stereotypical impressions that mainlanders eat spicy food every day and everyone knows kung fu, only to have them debunked one by one by her roommates—scanning QR codes, mild spicy in the cafeteria, marching with the same hand and foot during military training. Laughing until she cries, she realizes that across the strait, dialects are warmer than jokes. She captures the mainland cafeteria to take back to Taipei, and brings the Taipei night market back to the mainland, fighting her way from a dormitory account hegemony contest all the way to the Taipei Cross-Strait Video Exhibition.
