27-year-old Xu He quits her city job to return to her hometown, planning to turn her family's orchard into a pick-your-own fruit farm. Though her family initially has doubts, Xu He teams up with her second aunt Xu Lanfang and younger brother Xu Xiaochuan to survey the mountain paths and divide the picking areas. Rejecting rigid tour routes, they flexibly adapt plans based on visitors' physical strength, the weather, and fruit ripeness. Through multiple trial runs and constant reviews, they refine reception workflows, adopt limited-capacity staggered admissions, and divide tasks efficiently. Eschewing flashy gimmicks, they earn visitors' praise with sincere, thoughtful service, working with grounded dedication to build a thriving rural enterprise.
