Li Chengfeng, a Republican-era master of the Qimen arts, reopens Suiyuan Hall despite everyone's objections, healing the sick, helping the world, punishing evil, and promoting good. He discovers that onmyoji from Japan's Nine Chrysanthemums Sect have infiltrated China and secretly laid out an evil “Heavenly Slash Sha” formation, intending to sever China's dragon veins. Remaining calm in the face of danger, Li Chengfeng exposes the traitor behind the scenes and breaks the deadlock with the secret technique “Armoring the Dragon.” He engages in a final showdown with the forces of dark sorcery, using his mastery of the Qimen arts to protect his homeland's national fortune.
