In a mountain village, villagers are tricked into sacrificing property and loved ones for babies under the guise of an old grave spirit's miracles, but a dark secret lies beneath. A human trafficking ring is hiding inside the cave. Grannie Wang, a member of the gang, staged a bizarre trick of a baby emerging from an old grave after her grandson died. Collaborating with illegal surrogacy agencies, the syndicate exchanges surplus, rejected infants for money and goods from desperate villagers. As the supply dwindles, the required sacrifices soar, driving locals to deceive their own relatives into entering the cave. Fearing Li Laoshuan's daughter-in-law will expose them, the traffickers try to silence her. At the critical moment, the police arrive in time, busting the syndicate and rescuing her, while the complicit villagers face justice for trafficking.
