A Leather Bag Through Past and Present, I Help the Empress Pacify the Realm
Su Mo, whose family fortunes have declined, has his assets embezzled by his uncle and is burdened with tens of millions in debt. He accidentally discovers that the leather bag left behind by his father can connect to the parallel ancient Great Xia dynasty. At this time, Great Xia is suffering from a massive disaster with barbarian forces pressing on the border; eighteen-year-old Empress Lin Xi is trapped defending Yancheng, and the common people and soldiers are on the verge of desperation. In the name of the Heavenly Lord, Su Mo sends food, weapons, and armor to help the empress defend the city and resist the enemy; Lin Xi repays him with antique treasures, allowing Su Mo to acquire massive wealth. Modern-day Su Mo slaps the faces of the Qin family who broke off the engagement and launches a counterattack against his enemies; the ancient empress purges traitors, gathers the hearts of the people, and prepares to recover lost territory. A single leather bag connects two worlds, and the two watch over each other across time and space, composing a story of family, country, and romance.

Ailesi iflas eden ve amcası tarafından mal varlığı gasp edilip milyonlarca borca batan Su Mo, babasının bıraktığı deri çantanın paralel evrendeki antik Daxia hanedanına bağlanabileceğini tesadüfen keşfeder. O sırada Daxia büyük bir felaketle karşı karşıyadır, barbar orduları sınırları kuşatmıştır ve on sekiz yaşındaki İmparatoriçe Lin Xi Yancheng'i savunurken sıkışıp kalmıştır, halk ile askerler uçurumun kenarındadır. Su Mo, Yüce Tanrı adıyla yiyecek, silah ve zırh göndererek imparatoriçenin şehri savunmasına ve düşmana direnmesine yardım eder; Lin Xi de karşılığında antik hazineler hediye ederek Su Mo'nun devasa bir servet kazanmasını sağlar. Günümüzdeki Su Mo, nişanı bozan Qin ailesinin yüzüne tokat gibi çarparak düşmanlarına karşı bir karşı saldırı başlatır; antik dönemdeki imparatoriçe ise casusları temizler, halkın kalbini kazanır ve kaybedilen toprakları geri almak için hazırlık yapar. Tek bir deri çanta iki dünyayı birbirine bağlar, ikisi zaman ve mekan ötesinde birbirini gözleyerek vatan ve aşk hikayesini kaleme alır.
