Swap Marriage General
On the day of her grand wedding, Shen Tangyun awakened memories of her past life and caught Gu Huai'an having an illicit affair with the blind woman Zhaozhao. Publicly, she swapped her marriage to marry Gu Zhi'an, a general who returned from the border. After entering the Duke's mansion, relying on military achievements and imperial favor, she hollowed out actual power, demoting Gu Huai'an and Zhaozhao to commoners. Together with Gu Zhi'an, she investigated the cause of death of her father and brother, exposing the Duke of Dingguo for fleeing in the face of battle, collaborating with the enemy, and falsely claiming merit. Zhaozhao turned out to be the seventh princess of Beidi. The Duke of Dingguo was imprisoned and executed, and Gu Zhi'an inherited the title. The tiger tally was split in two; Beidi allied with a mysterious figure, manipulating Gu Huai'an to seize the tally. Shen Tangyun and Gu Zhi'an rushed to Youzhou, saw through the trap, reclaimed the tiger tally, and defeated Beidi. In the end, the two joined hands to go far away to Youzhou, guarding a territory of rivers and mountains.
