General, Kneel Well: Madam Solves Cases
General Chang Yuheng returns in triumph, bringing back Qin Xiaoman, the 'younger sister' of his fallen benefactor Qin Lie. Head wife Jiang Zhao immediately sees through her imposture based on details such as her overly perfect speech and behavior, and nimble right hand. To avoid a direct conflict triggering internal family chaos, Jiang Zhao outwardly accepts her while secretly laying down rules and tests for her step by step in the mansion. On one hand, she sends people to investigate; on the other, she calmly deals with the green-tea-style framed plots from the fake Qin Xiaoman (A-Feng), as well as the pressure from Chang's Third Aunt, who is eager to seize power, and her muddled mother-in-law. Teaming up with Chang's Third Aunt, the fake Qin Xiaoman attempts to squeeze Jiang Zhao out through tactics such as framing her for theft, manufacturing physical contact, and propagating 'incense burner' pressure.
