The Rise and Fall of the Salary Sea: A Faint Light Seen Amid the Turbid Waves
A salary spreadsheet is accidentally sent to the wrong group chat, and she discovers that her monthly salary of 8,000 is the lowest in the entire company, while an employee hired through connections earns 15,000 plus special allowances. Her supervisor tells her to be grateful and stop complaining. She doesn't argue. Instead, she records conversations, investigates project records, and goes through the accounts line by line in the conference room before sending the evidence straight to the general manager. Her supervisor is suspended, and after receiving her back pay, she turns around and reforms the entire salary system. But will the next employee with connections willingly accept the changes?
