The Eighties Hunter and Fisherman - Season 2
In December 1981 in the northern border region, a blizzard seals off the mountains. Li Long unexpectedly is reborn, remembering the regrets of his elder brother's early death and his family's separation in his past life, and resolves to put away his overly merciful heart to protect his whole family. He knocks away icicles to avoid disasters, politely declines a scoundrel borrowing money, catches sparrows late at night and breaks the ice to catch fish to exchange for rations, and cleanly cuts off a vain romance. With bitter winter lacking food and firewood, he supports his small family by his own strength, refutes petty people, guards family affection, and plans a livelihood; all the debts of his past life are fully repaid in this life, and the cold winter night of the snow village is finally filled with warmth.
