A young farmer named Chen Fan is walking past with some cherries when he notices a car shaking. He takes a closer look and finds his wife, Duan Yuyao, inside with her lover, Wu Liang. Furious, Chen Fan attacks Wu Liang, but Wu kills him with a single blow. Chen Fan’s blood flows into a mystical field and accidentally activates the Golden Farm, where everything becomes an extraordinarily rare treasure. A young reporter, Ji Luyun, arrives to help save him, but it is too late. When Chen Fan regains consciousness, he discovers that the cherries are ginseng fruit. He eats one and makes a full recovery. Learning that Ji Luyun is going to a medical conference, Chen Fan volunteers to go too, hoping to earn his first fortune at the widely anticipated event.
