The frontier is in peril as demons and ghosts surge like a tide. General Pei Zheng retreats with his remaining soldiers into an underground palace and awakens the Mohist war chariot "Qinglong", which has slept for a thousand years. With the fuel exhausted, he uses the blood-oil of fallen soldiers as a catalyst to force the steel behemoth to life. The roaring chariot crushes through mountains of corpses and seas of blood, breaking out of meat-grinder barricades. As the machine runs wild, carrying ancient memories of slaughter, Pei Zheng resonates with it amid a blood-pattern overload, driving it to its limit with his own essence blood. In the end, Qinglong smashes the demons' bone banner and breathes steam under the rising sun—this war machine forged of flesh and steel becomes the new sovereign over the frontier ruins.
