In a 1980s mountain village in southern Anhui, Jiang Liqiu is reborn and decisively cuts ties with his partial stepmother and her family on the day the household assets are divided. Taking only half an acre of barren tea hill and a dilapidated shed, he sets out to make a living on his own. After accidentally awakening a magical dimension with a spiritual tea spring, he uses the mystic water to cultivate fine tea, starting from foraging winter bamboo shoots to sell in town and gradually reviving the entire barren mountain tea garden. Alongside the kind-hearted Tao Zhixia, he withstands his stepmother's repeated schemes, opens sales channels in the county town, establishes a tea cooperative, and leads the villagers out of poverty. Ultimately achieving success in both love and career, he preserves the green mountain and stays true to his heart.
