Lin Zhixia, the administrative manager of Yuanchuan Technology, gets into a confrontation with He Guifang, the owner of Coconut Island Coffee, after asking for extra coconut milk in her coffee. She gathers feedback from her colleagues and pushes the company to introduce Misty Island Coffee as an additional coffee supplier, giving employees the freedom to choose where they buy their coffee.
