A Little Baozhu at Home, Wealth Rolls In - Season 1
The Zhang family of Sifang Village is so poor they can barely afford to eat. One day, Old Zhang, nearing fifty, goes up the mountain and brings home a little girl who is barely clinging to life. His sons and daughters-in-law all want to send her away, but the family matriarch, Ding Cuihua, makes the final decision to keep her and names her Baozhu. From then on, the Zhang family begins a hilarious daily life devoted to spoiling their little girl. Old Zhang, once foul-mouthed and impossible to deal with, instantly becomes the ultimate doting father, taking care of everything from feeding her water to changing her diapers. He brags about his daughter to everyone, snapping back at anyone who dares to criticize her. Little Baozhu is quite the troublemaker herself, wetting the bed and soaking her nephew, turning the whole household upside down. No one could have imagined that instead of becoming a burden, this little girl would help the entire family grow wealthy and turn their impoverished lives into a thriving, prosperous one!
