Headstrong Girl Goes to the City: Handling Unfair Matters
Zhou Xiaoqin, a young woman from the countryside, heads to the city to make a living. There, she discovers that the person who needs her help is Wu Zhiyuan, an honest department-store employee who works tirelessly but is always taken advantage of. He can repair machinery and keep the accounts straight, yet his contributions are constantly overlooked while the blame always falls on him. With her sharp tongue and fearless sense of justice, Xiaoqin becomes his outspoken partner. Whether demanding fairness in the cafeteria, enforcing proper procedures in the warehouse, or reading out itemized lists over the public-address system, she brings every injustice into the open. Finally, a store-wide inventory makes every account crystal clear and ensures that the people who truly work hard get the recognition they deserve.
