Zhu Zhu suffers from congenital heart disease. After undergoing an artificial heart transplant, she is full of hope to have a child of her own. Unexpectedly, her best friend of twenty years becomes pregnant with her husband's child, and the two even plan to have Zhu Zhu adopt it. Struck by this double blow, Zhu Zhu suffers a sudden heart attack and is rushed to the emergency room, seeing their true colors in her moment of crisis.
