Rural beekeeper Zhao Chunxing raises her son alone, facing business difficulties, heavy debts, and the crisis of her beehives being forcibly taken to settle accounts. By a stroke of fate, she meets the orphan girl Tangtang. Kind-hearted Zhao Chunxing takes pity on the homeless girl and brings her home to live together. Facing life pressures, malicious peer competition, and obstacles placed at every turn, Zhao Chunxing does not bow her head. She down-to-earthly studies beekeeping technology and searches in various ways for honey sales channels. She unites with other beekeepers in the village, adheres to honest management, meticulously puts all accounts down on paper, and rejects bundling-style unfair cooperation.
