Her Love Never Faded with Parting
Six-year-old Ji Youqing (Qingqing) ended up living under a bridge after her mother, Lin Yao, was murdered. Unable to let go of her daughter, Lin Yao's obsession turned into a soul lingering in the world, perceptible only to Qingqing. Every time she used her power, it would consume herself, and once the obsession was settled, she would completely dissipate. Holding a paternity test, Qingqing went to the Ji family to find her biological father, Ji Zifeng, but was subjected to all sorts of harassment and persecution by Ji Zifeng's mistress, Shao Simin. Ji Zifeng gradually sensed something was amiss, and the father-daughter duo secretly gathered evidence. When Shao Simin became desperate and plotted a kidnapping, Lin Yao burned her soul's power to save her daughter. In the courtroom, with both human and physical evidence complete, Shao Simin was sentenced to life imprisonment.
