Wen Yun is bound to a system and forced to act as an evil supporting female lead to torment Wen Yishu, the real heiress who has just returned home. However, Wen Yun is naturally highly sensitive with an overwhelming sense of empathy; before she can even finish delivering her harsh words, she bursts into tears out of sympathy for the other girl, throwing the scripted plot into chaos time and again. When the Wen family unexpectedly goes bankrupt, Wen Yun ends up at the tycoon Li Che's manor, sparking numerous hilarious misunderstandings. Her sister, Wen Yishu, boldly wields a knife to protect her, rewriting her tragic fate. As the two sisters protect each other, Wen Yun ultimately crosses paths with the equally sensitive Li Che, breaking free from the melodramatic script to find sweet romance.
