While working as a maid for Su Cheng, the chairman of the Su Group, Lin Wanxia misinterprets his occasional gentle attitude as romantic interest. Carried away by delusion, she appoints herself as the head housekeeper, acts tyrannically around the Su estate, bullies the other staff, and even tries to meddle in company affairs. Worse still, she goes as far as kidnapping Su Cheng's mother to achieve her selfish ends. Fortunately, the truth finally comes to light; Lin Wanxia and her accomplices face the full penalty of the law, while Su Cheng clears up misunderstandings with his ex-wife, Ye Mengxue, and reunites with her.
