I, A Jianghu Scoundrel, Was Unexpectedly Pushed Onto The Heavenly Dao Chessboard - Season 1
Without the Dao, man is not man; without the Dao, heaven is not heaven. Chen Xun-dao, a scoundrel of Daliang City, is greedy, cowardly, and lazy, whose greatest wish is merely to save up money for his master Jin San-dao to take a wife. Little does he expect that a strange ghost bridge case will drag him into a Heavenly Dao chessboard spanning three thousand years. A fleeing bride turns into an evil apparition, a village suffers from a deadly poison, and chess pieces dormant for a millennium quietly fall. From a cowardly Jianghu scoundrel to a youth wielding his sword to question the Dao, he is manipulated by the Heavenly Dao, hunted down with a bounty by the imperial court, and surrounded by enemies across the Jianghu. Bearing the cultivation of three realms, he is deeply trapped in the disputes of heaven and earth. Entering the chessboard as a mortal body, he questions the Heavenly Dao with the sword in his hand. Fate has long been ordained; can he kill his way out of the encirclement and walk his own path?
