I Adopted His Ex-Wife's Two Children
In the first year of her remarriage, Meng Chunhong originally did not want to be a stepmother. During the Mid-Autumn Festival after her marriage, her husband Xu Jianchuan and his ex-wife's fraternal twins braved the rain to seek them out. The two fourteen-year-old children had suffered severe mistreatment and even domestic violence at their stepfather's home, and Meng Chunhong, unable to bear it in her heart, accepted them. Since then, she was dragged into a custody tug-of-war. Facing the emotional blackmail of the ex-wife Wei Man, she and her husband relied on evidence and law to protect the children. The children slowly lowered their guard, walked out of trauma, and learned to express themselves. Having weathered the storms, the once panicked and uneasy youths grew into adults, and the family finally possessed a stable and warm home.
