Amid heavy snow in Jingyang, a ridiculous case of mistaken paternity quietly reshapes the destiny of many. Zhuo Cao intended to teach a lesson to the deadbeat father who had been absent for years, but by a twist of fate, he welcomes Emperor Qin Shi Huang traveling in incognito right into his home. One is a sharp-tongued, warm-hearted youth armed with knowledge from the future; the other is a reigning emperor posing as a traveling merchant, secretly observing his people. Hot pot steam, sweet potato fragrance, new laws etched on bamboo slips, and rustic everyday life intertwine. When an unnoticed piece of "wild grass" catches the emperor's eye, what unprecedented transformations will unfold across the Great Qin?
