I Get Off Work On Time, The Whole Hotel Was Paralyzed
Zhou Shoucheng, a gold-medal head captain with twenty years of experience, resolved a ninety-table banquet crisis with his experience and secured a tens-of-million-yuan order for the Imperial View Hotel, yet was heavily penalized by manager Yang Rui because three place-card holders were not returned to their places in time. From then on, he no longer covers for faulty management, acting strictly by regulations, service orders, and approvals. Yang Rui successively brought in traffic influencers and gold-award directors, only to cause the hotel to fail its review and deepen its crisis. As the conspiracy to swap anniversary materials was exposed, Zhou Shoucheng safeguarded Imperial View with his professionalism, evidence, and principles, allowing the value and dignity of front-line employees to be seen once again, ultimately heading toward the group service standard center.
