I Lease an Abandoned Reservoir to Put Stubborn Anglers in Their Place
After quitting his job and returning to his hometown, Chen Yang spends all his savings leasing an abandoned reservoir, and the entire village laughs at him for being a sucker. But nobody knows that deep in Sunken Star Bay lurk giant freshwater fish that haven't been caught in years. Beginners get dragged into the mud, master anglers snap their rods on the spot, wealthy fishing crews are left utterly frustrated, and livestreamers who expose fakes embarrass themselves live. The more others refuse to believe, the more money Chen Yang makes; the more challengers show up, the more famous the reservoir becomes. Until the legendary "Blue Giant of the Bay" appears, sending the entire internet into a frenzy.
