I Taught Him Auto Repair for Three Years, But He Opened His Shop Right Across from Mine
Chen Qidong, an auto repair mechanic, spent three years working hard at Donghe Auto Repair. Confident in his technical skills and customer approval, he demanded a 30% stake from the owner, Du Wei, but was refused. Du Wei proposed a profit-sharing arrangement based on individual projects, but Chen Qidong was not satisfied. Furious, he quit and decided to open his own shop. Faced with unfair competition, Du Wei refused to follow the trend of slashing prices and remained committed to quality parts and service standards. Meanwhile, the system's operation logs would eventually become evidence that could not be ignored. This is a story about honest business practices and respecting the boundaries of the rules. Skills can be taken elsewhere, but one's conscience must never be abandoned. Taking shortcuts always comes at a price.
