Transmigrating as Qian Qiuyue, the notoriously infamous Black Mountain White Fox Guardian of the demon realm, she starts off beaten back to her original form with amnesia, unable even to shapeshift. She accidentally runs into the legendary Demon Lord Cang Shizhou and treats him like a friend—freeloading meals and seeking his protection—completely unaware that he has long fallen for her, secretly cleaning up her messes and guarding her at every turn. While escorting the half-blood Mu Lanheng across the three realms, a millennium-old heavenly conspiracy and the secrets of the Cangxuan Sword and Glazed Heart are exposed one after another. When she finally discovers his true identity and attempts to flee overnight, she is pulled firmly into the Demon Lord's embrace: "You are my fox, and in every lifetime you can only ever be mine."
