Thirty-six men and women from all walks of life wake up in a sealed classroom. A broadcast announces that six among them are Alternates, and only by uncovering the monsters can they survive. Lin Yang is the sole Seer, possessing the daily ability to verify an identity or obtain survival clues. When he unexpectedly discovers that a close former classmate is an Alternate, he is forced to conceal his power.
