We should not be trapped in an endless cycle of empty promises, unwarranted suppression, and arbitrary replacement, spending our days stuck in an anxious and oppressive workplace environment. There is no need to fall into self-doubt and internal friction; focus on doing every single thing well and get the results that belong to you.
