Late at night, Xu Ning's phone suddenly receives a voice message "from tomorrow": before seven o'clock, she must never let her mother ride an electric bike out. Three minutes later, a traffic accident video at the intersection is posted in the community group, and the early warning actually comes true. Since then, voice messages have successively pointed out troubles that family members, friends, and her boyfriend are going to encounter. However, the more Xu Ning tries to protect everyone, the more she pushes their lives out of control: a friend loses a job, her own promotion is delayed, and Chen Zhou also decides to leave.
