In the autumn of the 37th year of Emperor Shihuang, Ying Zheng stayed at the Shaqiu Imperial Palace. In his later years, his body was fatigued, and hidden dangers to the state lay dormant without breaking out. In a quiet midnight, a space-time rift suddenly opened. A millennium visitor traveled through past and present to have an audience with Emperor Shihuang, speaking bluntly about the heavy crises of later generations. Ying Zheng perceived the hidden troubles and resolved to secretly plan to consolidate the foundation. Afterward, precursors Chen Yao and Shen Changqing crossed time and space to rush to the Great Qin, enduring the consumption of space-time, carrying fine seeds and advanced knowledge to assist Emperor Shihuang. Ruler and ministers plotted side by side to resolve the state's crises, protect the common people, and prolong China's cultural lineage.
