The Chairman Kicked Out of the Birthday Banquet
Chen Ming lost his memory in an overseas accident and was separated from his wife, Wu Li, and his mother, Yang Guifen, for ten years. After regaining his memories, he quietly returned home as the chairman of Dingsheng Group and attended his father-in-law's birthday banquet. However, his modest attire earned him contempt, and Gao Qiming seized the opportunity to pressure Wu Li into marrying him. Uninterested in wealth and status, Wu Li resolutely defended her husband and left with him. While making up for lost family time, Chen Ming also exposed the Gao family's scam of using a business partnership to extort money. After his identity was revealed, the Wu family tried to curry favor with him, while Gao Qiming joined forces with Wu Benshi to spread rumors and seek revenge. Standing together, the couple exposed the lies with the original banquet footage and financial records, bringing the villains to justice. The Wu family finally realized they had lost a wonderful son-in-law. Through honesty and companionship, Chen Ming also won back the family reunion he had long been missing.
