The Zhenbei Prince, Is Not to Be Messed With - Season 1
During the Tianyou era of Daliang, the northern border was at war year after year, and the Zhenbei Prince's Estate shouldered half the country with the strength of a single clan. However, the faction in the court advocating the reduction of feudal domains, led by Imperial Uncle Han Chong, used the pretext of feudal princes holding heavy troops to withhold military pay and provisions, intending to force the Zhenbei Army into rebellion and substantiate the reduction of feudal domains. Zhenbei Prince Shen Lie was summoned to the capital by an imperial decree and placed under house arrest, and Heir Shen Du received ten urgent dispatches at the border. He crushed a wine cup in one grip and sneered, since the court says the feudal prince should go to the capital to celebrate a birthday, then go—and by the way, take back the blood debts and silver debts owed to my Shen family, stroke by stroke, with principal and interest.
