Mystic Maiden Returns: Mr. Lin's Palm Pet
Kunlun mystic maiden Shen Shuyi descends the mountain to settle past karma, searching for Lin Sichen, who lost his sight years ago while sacrificing himself to save her. Reuniting and accompanying each other, the two work together to resolve the Lin family's internal strife and detect lurking demonic energy. The fallen demonic apostate Xuankong covets Lin Sichen's pure yang destiny and dragon vein, as he is actually a replica of his destiny. As the past of three reincarnations is slowly unveiled, the two set up an ancient array to risk their lives and eliminate the demon. After the great battle, Shen Shuyi sacrifices her cultivation and memories to protect her lover, returning to Kunlun alone. As years flow by and they encounter each other on the street by chance, the amnesiac mystic maiden and the deeply devoted Lin Sichen meet once more, their fated connection never broken.
