I'm Not on the Housing Allocation List, So I Turned Things Around with an Abandoned Ice Cellar

Instead, Zhou Yan signed a contract to operate the cellar, restored the broken refrigeration equipment, saved fresh fish, preserved frozen meat, and transformed the unwanted ice cellar into the county's busiest cold-storage distribution hub.
