Recent graduate Lin Yi's AI animation studio is on the verge of bankruptcy when he suddenly receives a massive, mysterious commission to create an immortal cultivation animation set in Guilin's scenic landscapes with the core theme of 'faith creates miracles'. As the creative team hits wall after wall, the animation's female lead, Yun Li, awakens and realizes she is a fictional character. With crises mounting simultaneously in both the real and animated worlds, Lin Yi projects his consciousness into the painting as Xingyi. Together with Yun Li, they rely on unyielding faith to vanquish evil demons. The animation achieves resounding success, yet the mysterious client's true identity remains an enigma. As the camera pulls back, a higher-dimensional creator closes a script titled 'Illusion Realm Painter'—Lin Yi and his entire team were merely characters on a page all along, concluding the tale with a profound reflection that breaks the fourth wall.
