Bai Mimi is a small cat raised by the Jiuyou Emperor of the Celestial Court for five hundred years. Her daily routine consists of eating dried fish and causing trouble. Until one day, she accidentally eats a failed elixir of Taishang Laojun, transforms into an exquisite beauty, pounces on the desires-cleared and desires-free Emperor of tens of thousands of years, and conveniently gets pregnant with a dragon seed. To avoid being turned into a cat-hair duster, she plays dumb, frantically shifts blame, and flees overnight with a ball in her belly, only to be caught red-handed by the Emperor while stuck in a dog hole. Até que um dia, ela come por engano uma pílula falhada de Taishang Laojun, transforma-se numa beleza deslumbrante, derruba o Imperador de mente pura e sem desejos de dezenas de milhares de anos, e ainda por cima engravida de uma semente de dragão. Para evitar ser transformada em espanador de pelo de gato, ela faz-se de tonta, desvia as culpas freneticamente e foge a arapucas a meio da noite com uma barriga a carregar, acabando por ficar entalada num buraco de cão e ser apanhada em flagrante pelo Imperador. Mais absurdo ainda, o Senhor dos Demónios quebra o selo, e o Imperador usa o seu corpo para formar uma matriz com a vida por um fio. Com a barriga empurrada para a frente, ela invade o Abismo dos Mil Demónios, usando uma confissão em estilo felino para chamar o marido de volta dos portões do inferno à força. Mais tarde, o Imperador iceberg veste-lhe um manto de fénix e promete-lhe: "Entre o céu e a terra, tu és a suprema".
