Yu is an ancient Kun behemoth born of primordial chaos and dwelling in the Northern Deep. His sole pursuit in life is eating, sleeping, and living in peace, with no desire to meddle in heavenly disputes. To display his own might, Heavenly God Haotian uses an imperial decree to force Yu into transforming into a Peng to serve as his personal mount, completely shattering Yu's peaceful life. To defend his freedom and protect his right to sleep peacefully, Yu mounts fierce counterattacks against the Heavenly Court's coercion. Directly facing Haotian when he leads an army in person, Yu successively neutralizes vicious schemes such as boiling the Northern Deep, draining the sea, and casting the Heaven-Suppressing Net. In front of all the gods, Yu crushes Haotian, cripples half of his cultivation, and forces the Heavenly Court to pay reparations while compelling Haotian to apologize publicly.
