No Need to Balance This Bowl of Human Wind and Moon
Seven years of wholehearted devotion traded for nothing but bone-deep betrayal. When Wen Ning, in the capacity of a bride-to-be, went to inspect what they called their "love nest" on behalf of Huo Xingjian, she discovered that every single interior design detail and cozy arrangement pointed straight to her best friend. At the moment when her affection meter hit zero, Wen Ning seemed to shed a heavy suit of armor. No longer trying to balance unworthy hearts, she chose to sever ties in the most ruthless manner: turning all her gentleness into cold corporate ambition, and all her forbearance into the blade of a counterattack. Returning to the workplace from her hometown of Qinghe, Wen Ning began her path of counterattack.
