Su Xiaocai is an ordinary girl making an honest living. When sudden debts fall from the sky and bind her to an immortal, she doesn't whine or blame fate. Instead, armed with stubborn tenacity, she teams up with the down-on-his-luck God of Matchmaking to start from scratch. From setting up street stalls tying red strings to founding startups and building employment platforms, they turn a complete mess into a flourishing new enterprise. Facing threats from the God of Wealth and schemes from old deities, she firmly holds her bottom line—never taking an ill-gotten penny and never touching illegal schemes. Burdened by massive debts, she stays true to lawful operation and integrity, ultimately leading a crew of "immortal gig-workers" out of hardship.
