I Hear My Silent Sister Speak
College student Lin Yizhou goes to the Silent Communication Service Center to volunteer in order to fulfill his social practice credits. At home, his older sister Lin Yining is a hearing-impaired handmade artisan; for a long time, he deliberately avoided her due to communication difficulties. While interacting with many hearing-impaired practitioners, Lin Yizhou suddenly realizes his bad habit of always rushing to express things for the hearing-impaired and making arbitrary decisions, having also ignored his sister's pouring out of her heart for years. He takes the initiative to learn sign language, lets go of his impatience, learns to listen patiently and respect his sister's choices, joins hands with her to hold a handmade market, and unties his childhood knot. In the end, the brother and sister achieve a two-way reconciliation, interpreting that the most precious thing among family members is the willingness to stop in their tracks and wait for each other.
