Retired scout Jiang Xun was kicked out by his eldest uncle Jiang Zongming with a mere thirty thousand yuan, infuriating his parents to the point of illness. At his wits' end, he activated the ancestral 'Illustrated Manual of a Hundred Herbs' and secret arts to search for dragons, finding treasures like nine-leaf lingzhi, blood jade coral, and tai sui across Azure Dragon Mountain, Hawk Sorrow Cliff, and Dragon Hidden Ravine. Facing Jiang Zongming's mountain blockades, poisoning, and slander, Jiang Xun joined forces with Qin Feng, Xiao Hongshan, and Su Xiaoman to expose the deceit through livestreaming, founding the Yunxi Village Cooperative to share 80% of profits and lead the whole village to prosperity. Upon discovering the Tai Sui flesh lingzhi in Dragon Hidden Ravine, he resolved to guard the sanctuary, ascending from gathering herbs to save his father to a profound reverence for the mountains and their ecosystem.
