When the reckless Su Qinghan accidentally shatters an antique porcelain vase, Lu Changsheng steps in to resolve the crisis with his kintsugi craft. Together, they set off to wash the porcelain shards and seek glutinous rice glue, along the way outrunning bandits to an abandoned ancient kiln, where they stumble upon rare stardust clay. Later, an arrogant wealthy merchant presents a shattered imperial glazed platter as a timed challenge. Su Qinghan weaves silk as the foundation while Lu Changsheng applies his kintsugi mastery, seamlessly uniting gold and silk to complete the restoration. Earning a bounty of a thousand taels, the bickering yet supportive duo gradually breaks down their walls and falls in love, blending their two traditional crafts and ultimately forging their golden destiny in a quaint courtyard.
