Snake Disaster Strikes: The Life-Saving Grass That Was Destroyed
Deep in the mountains behind Qingshi Village lurk countless venomous snakes and a mutated giant python. As extreme heat approaches, the snakes are about to descend upon the village. Xu Qingchuan, a villager, spends 20,000 yuan of his own money to plant three mu of special snake-repellent grass, creating a protective barrier to save the entire village. But the villagers dismiss it as useless weeds. Fang Guixiang, determined to prepare a wedding banquet for her son, ignores all warnings and brings people with a harvester in the middle of the night to clear away every last bit of the snake-repellent grass. With the protective barrier destroyed, a massive wave of snakes floods into the village, turning the wedding banquet into a disaster scene. Fang Guixiang and her son cause a catastrophe, then shamelessly shift the blame and report Xu Qingchuan for practicing medicine without a license. In the face of danger, Xu Qingchuan puts aside his grievances and treats the injured, while preserving evidence to ensure those responsible face legal consequences.
