The Shop Is Yours, The Cutting Board Is Mine
Butcher Sun Zhigang ran his business for three years using his cousin Sun Hao's storefront, and the couple made the pork stall thriving with their craftsmanship. As the contract was about to expire, Sun Hao and his mother used past favors to demand eighty percent of the profits, dismissing his wife as an outsider and coercing their elderly mother to apply pressure. Zhigang refused to bow down, moving into a remote cold storage to rebuild his customer base from scratch. Relying on location and education, Sun Hao took over the shop, but because he didn't understand purchasing, cutting, and quality control, he successively sold bad meat, lost orders, and accumulated huge debts. Zhigang stood firm on integrity and skill, ultimately making his mother realize her mistake, having his cousin become his apprentice, and keeping the phrase: the shop is yours, the cutting board is mine.
