The Daughter in the Backlight
Jiang Nian, who pushed a shabby suitcase all alone to report at Jingda University, unexpectedly saw her CEO father Jiang Guodong personally driving a luxury car to drop off the nanny's daughter An'an for registration, and indulgently helping her move luggage and make the bed. And the dress An'an was wearing was precisely the gift her mother gave Jiang Nian on her eighteenth birthday. Seeing the plainly dressed Jiang Nian, Jiang Guodong remained as cold and indifferent as ever, and Jiang Nian said desolately, "Both my mom and dad are dead." The real war begins from that moment of 18 years old.
