The Galaxy and the Boy
On the day of her first-birthday object-picking ceremony, she grabbed her childhood sweetheart's face and stuck to him for the next twenty years. He was cold and aloof to everyone, but warm only toward her. Wen Ying thought things would stay that way for the rest of her life, until he spent 100,000 yuan to buy her mother's keepsake, only to turn around and give it to another woman, telling her that he regarded Wen Ying as nothing more than a younger sister. Without crying or making a scene, she broke off their engagement, blocked him, packed up three years' worth of belongings, and flew south. Panicked, he traveled over 2,000 kilometers to find her at a seaside art studio. The door was closed, but by the window stood a gentle senior, wiping paint off her face.
