Broken Jade Becomes a Phoenix
Twenty-one years ago, the Jiang family, a renowned family of geomancy masters, believed slanderous lies and abandoned their legitimate daughter, born with the true aspect of a phoenix, in the wilderness. Instead, they exalted a fake heiress as though she were a goddess. Twenty-one years later, when the Jiang family faces disaster, they kneel and beg Mr. Yan, the greatest fortune-teller in the land, to emerge from seclusion. Little do they know that this living immortal, whose divinations even the Crown Prince cannot obtain, is none other than Yan Zhaoyi, the true heiress they abandoned all those years ago. With her extraordinary mastery of divination, she clears away the mysteries and restores her own good name. She also repairs the dragon veins beneath the imperial mausoleum, saving the lives of tens of thousands of craftsmen. Refusing the title of Imperial Preceptor, she transforms her ancestral home into a charitable orphanage, sheltering abandoned girls from across the land. With the true phoenix spreading her wings to save the world and bring peace to the people, she eventually departs gracefully, leaving no trace in the snow.
