The Delivery Route Through Wind and Rain: Rules Are the Measure of the Human Heart
Lu Chen, the manager of the Tingfeng delivery station, stands by fair delivery rates and treats every rider with kindness. Wang Hai and five other key employees are lured away by higher pay at a rival station, only to face hidden deductions, compulsory night shifts, and poor-quality equipment. During a torrential rainstorm, Wang Hai suffers serious injuries and falls unconscious while riding a faulty electric scooter. He urgently needs a deposit for surgery. Lu Chen steps forward, pays the medical expenses out of his own pocket, and brings evidence to confront the rival station. Using legal means, he settles accounts with the station for its violations and helps more than sixty riders recover their hard-earned wages. The six defectors finally realize their mistakes and return to the station as interns. Lu Chen is subsequently promoted to regional chief supervisor, ushering in a new chapter of direct-operation reform in the industry.

Sin embargo, allí se encuentran con deducciones salariales ocultas, turnos nocturnos obligatorios y equipos de mala calidad. En medio de un aguacero torrencial, Wang Hai sufre un grave accidente mientras conduce una moto eléctrica averiada y queda inconsciente.
