The Old Family Portrait
Song Fusheng wins a 100-million-yuan lottery jackpot. To see his children's true nature, he deliberately pretends to have lost his memory and returns home as a homeless wanderer. When the family divides their assets, Song Chuntao and Song Jianye consider him a burden and are only willing to contribute fifty yuan each per month as a token gesture of support, pushing him onto their younger brother, Song Jian'an. Song Jian'an and Su Qinghe care for him wholeheartedly, without thinking about what they might gain. Later, when the siblings discover that their father has become wealthy, they come after his property and teahouse, scheming and framing others at every turn, only to suffer the consequences of their own actions. Song Fusheng leaves his fortune to the couple who sincerely cared for him, Jian'an and Qinghe, and also finds a late-life romance of his own.
